Please note that our cancellation policy is in keeping with most if not all the lodges’ cancellation policy. It is very important that if there is any cancellation you need to notify us as soon as possible so that we can notify the lodges before the cancellation policy apply. A deposit secures our bookings and guarantees our space.

However, with regular updates to the lodges on the status of the tour, a waver to these penalties is considered.
